This is a terrace house located in Bandar Utama. Our design concept for this homeowner is 'Modern Chic.' Modern chic spaces often embrace open floor plans, allowing for a seamless flow from one area to another. This openness creates an inviting and spacious ambiance. Additionally, we have chosen a color palette of khaki, gray, and ivory white to create a simple yet not monotonous atmosphere. In the bedroom, as per the owner's request, we have designed a spacious storage wardrobe. Moreover, for the balcony, we have transformed it into a relaxing and comfortable space.
